Payment is taken once the cleaning is complete and you’re happy with the results. There’s no need to pay upfront for standard domestic bookings.

All prices are agreed before work begins. There are no hidden charges, and you’ll never be asked to pay extra unless additional work is discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Deposits for Larger or Commercial Jobs
For larger bookings, end of tenancy cleans, or commercial work, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Any deposit requirement will always be confirmed in advance.
